God’s word is very clear that leadership in the church is vastly different than leadership in the secular world. Leadership that honors and glorifies God is much more about ministry than management and the people who are called to Biblical leadership are much more laboring servants that local celebrities. At the upcoming leadership training event, Pastor James will strive to point towards Biblical examples of leadership and encourage all who are answering God’s call to model servant leadership at OCC.
