YOUTH
Helping students to become more like ChristWhile our search for a permanent Student Ministries Pastor remains underway, we are grateful to have experienced leadership stepping in to shepherd our youth. Moving forward, Tom Conklin will be leading the Sunday morning Youth Bible study. Matt Mellinger will be taking the lead for Wednesday night youth group. Both bring incredible heart and dedication to these programs, ensuring our students stay connected, encouraged, and grounded in community each week.
Two Youth Groups, Same Night
Middle School Ministry | High School Ministry
OCC Youth Group is for students 6th through 12th grade. We desire for middle school and high school students to be connected to each other, grow spiritually, and become more like Christ. Students can expect to have an engaging and fun night with other friends their own age, along with snacks, games, worship, a Bible lesson and small group time.
- High School Ministries (Grades 9-12) and Middle School Ministries (Grades 6-8) both meet every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:30pm.
- Youth Bible Study is Sunday morning during the 8 am service. All youth are invited to first join in with worship music as one church body, and then will be invited to the Youth Chapel for donuts and a Bible study.
